Welcome to MaltaList. By using our platform to post, browse, or respond to classifieds advertisements, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MaltaList, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Posting Ads

When you post an ad on MaltaList, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You are the rightful owner of the item or service being advertised.
• Your ad does not violate any applicable Maltese or EU laws.
• Your ad does not contain offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• You will not post spam, duplicate ads, or irrelevant content.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MaltaList:

• Illegal goods or services
• Counterfeit products
• Weapons, drugs, or regulated substances
• Adult content or services
• Discriminatory or hateful content
• Any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

4. Listing Packages & Payments

MaltaList offers paid listing packages (Basic, Standard, Premium). All payments are processed securely. Fees are non-refundable unless the ad is rejected by our moderation team. Listing durations begin from the time the ad is approved and made live.

5. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Maltese data protection law. Your contact information is only shown to users you choose to engage with. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

MaltaList acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods, or disputes between users. All transactions are at the user's own risk.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to Terms

MaltaList may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
